Air Conditioning and Refrigeration can be one of the biggest costs when running a business and at Prestige we recognise that paying cash isn’t always the most sensible option. For over 20 years we have maintained successful relationships with a number of finance companies which means that we can arrange affordable finance packages for our customers (subject to status). It is then possible to claim tax benefits over the three or four years which the finance runs for.

Eligable for Finance

If you meet one of the following requirements then you may be elligible for finance:

Own your business
Own your business’ property
Own your home
Are on the voter’s roll
Maintain a good credit rating

Finance Profile

The finance profile will be over 36 or 48 months with 3 payments up front as a deposit. At the end of the term, you will pay a one off fee to change title of goods from the finance company to you at which point you own the equipment.

Some finance companies charge documentation fees on top of the aforementioned fees. This is done at their discretion and has nothing to do with Prestige’s business operations.

You do not own the equipment until you have completed all payments and paid the title of goods charge. If you change premises in that time, you must pay off all remaining payments or continue making them. You cannot sell the unit to another party whilst it is still under finance.

If you fail to make payments without informing the finance company, they are entitled to instruct a debt collection agency to act on their behalf. Alternatively they may choose to repossess the equipment to re-sell.
